2025 LAHP Health Care at the Capitol Non-Member Registration
LAHP's Health Care at the Capitol event will take place Wednesday April 16th, at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center from 1 - 5 p.m. and will be immediately followed by the LAHP Legislative Reception until 7 p.m. To register for Health Care at the Capitol, please complete the form below. After the registration form is submitted, you will be asked to submit payment for your registration fee by credit card. We expect this event to sell out prior to the registration deadline.

$439.00 (Non-Member - Early Bird Rate)
$469.00 (Non-Member fee beginning 3/28/25)
Registration Deadline:

Payment is due before April 11, 2025. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
Cancellations must be received by LAHP in writing at least one week prior to the event. Please send cancellations via email to LAHP. No refund may be issued for cancellations received within one week of the event. Processing fees will not be refunded.
