Non-Member Conference Registration

To register for the LAHP Annual Conference, please complete the form below.  After the registration form is submitted, you will be asked to submit payment for your registration fee by credit card. We expect this event to sell out prior to the registration deadline.

Early Bird Non-member Registration: $499.00

($629.00 after November 1, 2024)

Registration Deadline:

Final registration deadline is December 6, 2024

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

All requests for registration cancellation and refund must be made in writing to jdrozda@lahp.net and submitted no later than Dec 6, 2024. If you paid with your credit card, the refund, less the credit card fee, will be sent directly to your account. Any cancellations for hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. If you registered another regular attendee, their registration will not be cancelled. Refunds will not be given for any requests received after Dec.6, 2024. If you register to attend the conference without canceling and do not pay or attend, you will be assessed a fee to cover the cost of food for your registration.
