Online registration will close at midnight on Friday, Dec. 4th. If you did not register prior to registration closing, you may still attend the conference and pay the late registration rate at the door with a check or by providing your credit card information.

2026 LAHP Annual Conference
The LAHP Annual Conference is the health insurance industry's networking event of the year, attracting more than 350 attendees representing health plan executives and staff, health care providers, pharmaceutical company representatives, insurance producers, government officials, employers, health care attorneys, government relations professionals, and more. The conference also counts as five hours of continuing education credit for licensed producers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for registration cancellation and refund must be made in writing to jdrozda@lahp.net and submitted no later than Dec.4, 2026. If you paid with your credit card, the refund, less the credit card fee, will be sent directly to your account. Any cancellations for hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. If you registered another regular attendee, their registration will not be cancelled. Refunds will not be given for any requests received after Dec. 4, 2026. If you register to attend the conference without canceling and do not pay or attend, you will be assessed a fee to cover the cost of food for your registration.
